How do I check my order status?

If you create an account you can log into your account and view your order status

When will my Back ordered product ship?

If products are in stock orders ship 48 hours after payment is received.

Unfortunately we are sometimes unable to predict our production schedule but once we restock product we will ship it out to you right away. You may cancel your order at any time simply by emailing us at  CONTACT US  and include your order number.  Refunds take 7 to 14 days.

How do I create an account?

    For Retail Accounts you can create an account or purchase as a guest

    For Wholesale Accounts click HERE to fill out a form and upon approval you will receive an email with login and account creation instructions.

     

    How do I return my product?

    Follow the instructions on our Return Policy page. You are responsible for shipping. Shipping and handling costs can not be reimbursed.

    Currently we only ship to the UNITED STATES

    When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

      Shipping charges are automatically calculated prior to submitting payment information. Once a shipping method is selected total price will be calculated.  Unless otherwise notified of back stock, discontinuations or other reasons orders ship within 48 hours after receipt of payment

      What are my payment choices?

      During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options. We will not ship any order until payment is received.

      Do I have to pay sales tax?

        If you provide us with a tax exempt certificate for your state you will not be charged taxes. You are responsible for you tax liabilities per you states rules and regulations.

        I have a question on my charges.
